Our host family has been truly amazing during our stay. They are incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. The food they prepare is delicious, especially the dishes the host fathers cooks for us. We feel so comfortable and cared for in their home. This experience has been fantastic, and we are grateful for their hospitality.
We had school at 9:00, but we had to meet at 8:45. First, we played a game where we had to write the names of famous people on a small piece of paper, and someone else had to guess them. Then, we wrote a profile about Korneuburg and had a 30- minute break afterwards. Finally, we had a quiz about different countries.
In the afternoon we visited Popeye Village and watched a show there, which was very interesting. It was about Popeye and his child, being sold for a hamburger.
After that, we went swimming in the swimming pools, because the sea was too rough that day to swim. We found it very frustrating, because we had been looking forward to swimming in the sea. Nevertheless, swimming and playing in the pool was also great and we had a lot of fun.
In the Popeye Village there was also a cinema where we got popcorn. The popcorn was delicious!
We had a lot of fun, it was a really fantastic trip.
