On Sunday, I had to wake up very early. At around 7 a.m., I had breakfast. My roommate stayed in bed because he had a headache. After breakfast, I went to the bus stop to meet my classmates. After some time, the bus arrived, and we drove to a harbor where we took a ferry to another island. Our tour guide told us that the island named Gozo has got an amazing history. We explored the city, and the guide provided us with a lot of information. In the city, we had a short break and visited a very beautiful castle. There’s a little fun fact about the castle: this large building has only got one toilet. 😊 Afterwards, we went by bus to a small market where we could taste traditional homemade food from Gozo. That was great, and we bought a lot of things. Our last stop with the bus was a harbor, where we had to wait for our speedboats to take us to the island of Comino. At the speedboat, we had so much fun; it went so fast, and almost everyone got wet. On the island, we were allowed to go for a swim. The sea was breathtaking, and we had a really great time, but we also had to be very careful because the waves were really strong. After some time, the speedboat picked us up again and took us back to Malta. The ride back was amazing; we had so much fun, and our teachers got very wet, but they enjoyed it as well. We will never forget this great day.

Today, we met with our teachers and classmates by the sea, and from there, we were picked up by bus.
We went to a ferry terminal, where we waited for our guide. After some time, we took the ferry to Gozo. Once we arrived in Gozo, we were picked up by bus and driven to a market where we could buy traditional homemade food from the island.
Afterwards, we continued our trip, and our guide showed us some interesting places. We also had the opportunity to visit a beautiful church. Later, we stopped at an ice cream shop and enjoyed our treats by the sea.
Our journey continued as we drove to a harbor, where we had to wait for our speedboats to Comino. The ride was fun and quite fast, and we all ended up getting
wet. Once we arrived at Comino, we were allowed to swim in the sea. The water was nice and clear, but it was also extremely salty, and there were some really strong
waves. Two hours later, the speedboat took us back to Malta. Luckily, nobody got sick. Our bus was waiting for us and took us backto Sliema.
On the bus, we talked a lot about this wonderful experience and how much fun we had.
